About the role
We're hiring a full-time remote chatting team manager to oversee a team of 8 chatters on a 5k-subscriber page. You'll keep the team on schedule, review conversation quality, and drive PPV and revenue performance across shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and coverage for an 8-person chatting team
- Review chat quality and track individual and team KPIs including PPV and revenue share
- Report weekly performance summaries and flag coaching opportunities to leadership
What we're looking for
- Prior experience managing or leading a remote chatting or customer-service team
- Fluent written English and strong coaching skills
- Comfortable working remotely on a consistent full-time schedule
